  • Do you have parking?
    Yes, there is a free parking lot, so there is no worry about finding parking or using parking meters!
  • Do you require a credit card to make an appointment?
    For coloring services, a credit card and 50% deposit is required to book the appointment.
  • What's your cancellation policy?
    Swag by Holly requires a 48-hour notice for all cancellations.
  • What should I bring or how can I prepare for my appointment?
    A picture is worth a thousand words! If you are a new client, I highly recommend bringing in visual aids so I can get an idea of what you're looking for. :)
  • What if I’m a client with color already on my hair from either another stylist or box color?
    I will take every step to make your hair look different and better. Sometimes these things take time. If you’re coming from another salon, it can take up to 3 appointments with me for your hair to be my formula. If it’s box color, I will definitely make you look BETTER, but it takes time along with my custom color to achieve desired results.
  • How do I book? Is it confirmed right away?
    You can request an appointment here. It is not confirmed until you receive notice that I have confirmed the appointment. If I am unavailable during your requested time, I will get in touch as soon as possible to find another time that works for you! Looking forward to meeting you. :)
